I am very familiar with this chain resort as I have visited the FL location several times and I must say this resort did not disappoint everything was excellent clean acceptable professional and friendly. My only complaint is when I checked in I was to be charged the $32 per night resort fee which didn’t happen so the following day the charged my CC that was on file (which is not the card I wanted to use) however I was ok with it once I confirmed at the front desk that was what the charge was for so no problem But for some reason the system didn’t get the message that I had already been charged and the next day they charged me another $32 and the $115 for incidental & $99 was on hold for over 3 days…I think they should ensure that at check in or out that the resort fee is charged once they confirm the CC you would like to use

The rooms are great. And usualy a great place. Check in is pain. But this trip. The elevator was out in my building. Not a word from them at check in when they put me on the 4th floor. And its still out for 3 days now. Made the time here miserable.

Delightful Surprise; Excellent Customer Service

I booked the Holiday Inn South Beach on a moments notice due to travel issues and I had no clue at the time that this was more so a timeshare resort. While this element came as a surprise, the room was an absolute delight and reminded me a lot of the disney resorts in Orlando! The room was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, clean! The property was perfect for a family getaway, and particularly suitable for large extended families who want to vacation together who can have their own spaces. The grounds were full of amenities for all ages: Volleyball and Basketball courts, pool/lagoon, beach path, and more. Aside from the wonderful room and hotel grounds, the staff are who made my stay as special as it was. My late arrival at 11:30PM meant that hotel security would have help me at the front desk. The security guard, Jesse, was so extremely kind and helpful when providing me my room key. In the morning, the front desk staff was very accommodating. This was the type of customer service that make people want to come back and have a nice experience again. I will definitely be back at Holiday Inn South Beach!!

Great property for kids. Took grandkids 10 and 12 yrs old. They enjoyed 2 Lazy Rivers, 2 outdoor pools and waterslides. No restaurants on location however Walmart supermarket and Walmart Supercenter within 10 - 15 minutes. Stayed in large 2 bedroom, full kitchen with washer and dryer. Stocked kitchen for lunch,and snacks but ate out for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of restaurants and things to do with 5 - 20 minutes. Staff was great! Beac across the street can walk or take shuttle. Basketball court was perfect for our grandson. Loved it would definitely go back again! If you have kids recommend going to the restaurant "Hangout " so much fun and lots to do at that location.
