The room beed were small... and not very clean.. asked staff for extra towels in the morning and had to wait till almost 8pm to get extra towels.. BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE.. boiled eggs, grits and waffle is basically all they offered. I had 1 rude staff member.. all the rest were nice.

One of our rooms had an odd odor, thankfully we happened to have some Febreze. They offer a small shampoo and soap, but not the dispensers we've grown used to from hotels with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Please note that hotel is pet friendly, I had not noted that and when walking down hallway, heard a dog barking. Lucky for us we weren't close to that room and didn’t hear the dog. But if you have dogs or cats, then this is a great hotel for you and them. The breakfast was average, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, cream of wheat/grits, bagels and toast. The coffee was yummy, love Royal cup.

My husband and I had a delightful experience. It was the only hotel around that we could bring our fur baby for a great price. The staff was wonderful, very patient and kind. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was always working hard. Thank you for a great visit!

Hear me when I say this. My stay was 12/27/25-12/29/25 I was infected by BED BUGS at this hotel. I’ve called to speak to the GM. She won’t take or return my call. I did not see one housekeeper or cart on my floor or anywhere else. The room would’ve been passable if it weren’t for the bed bugs. They have a lot of 5 star reviews. Done read those read the bad ones. I found two that mentioned BB (after the fact). Stay there if you want to.

The rooms were clean. The staff on check-in was very pleasant. The breakfast was nearly non-existent for the first two days, NOT because we arrived late. There were no eggs, doughy biscuits, no milk for the cereal, no yogurt, fruit, or meat of any kind. The counter where guests made waffles was littered with cups and spills, and the trash was overflowing. We were disgusted, as no one was there attending to the mess. The two days there was nothing we could eat, we were advised by an employee hanging on the front desk talking to the front desk clerk, that we could go next door to the restaurant. Of course we COULD, but we expected complimentary breakfast AT THE HOTEL, and was one of the reasons we chose this location. On our 3rd morning, they finally had decent offerings, however the eggs were hard boiled, and there was still no meat. At least it was a greatly improved offering. Overall, the breakfast and noisy neighbors were the main downsides. Although clean and convenient, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Room was great, however housekeeping would not provide extra towels for our 2nd day and didn't speak English. Breakfast was horrible! Our 1st morning at 9:00 when we went down for food, there was nothing left. They said they ran out. 2nd morning was only breads/cereals offered. It was supposed to be a Continental Breakfast which I assumed would include fruit and possibly yogurt.
