I wont book with them again. I was charged an extra $25 for asking for a 1st floor room. Mold in the room rust in bathroom, shower rod bent. We left early.

HORRIBLE hotel. Everything is old. Everything stinks. It stinks of sewage, the pool is dirty and apparently you can get infected in it... the territory is located not badly. But! from staying in this place you probably will not want to visit this city again! The cleaning in the room is disgusting. Dirt and sand everywhere. The bed linen is relatively clean. The air conditioner can't cope because it's very old! We had a reservation for 3 days. But we left after the first night!!!

The beds were comfortable but the rest of the property and area was not in the great condition. There were cockroaches everywhere. Pool wasn’t updated like they said. The house keeping wasn’t the best

Look, I'm gonna be honest, I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights for less than 1100. So i wasnt expecting the four seaons or anything. And overall, the hotel wasnt awful. The beds and bathrooms were clean, and the super tiny "kitchenettes" had clean dishes. But, the floors were gross. My 10 month old grandson was crawling around in my older daughters room as they were getting settled and his knees were black. Like really dirty. And the pool was more of an aqua green color than the blue it looks in the pictures and the baby pool/hot tub(?) sized pool was completely unuseable. Idk if id stay here again, but i also cant say I absolutely wouldnt. The staff was nice. The towel exchange was easy, and overall, we got what we needed out of the stay. If I was keith lee, I'd give it a 5.9 out of ten.

A few steps to the Beach, Boardwalk, and nice Restaurants and Bar. The place offers a kitchen equipped with utensils for us to cook a few meals.Staff on duty is very responsive to my inquiries and room supplies replacement.

The staff was nice, but needs lots of updating . Circuit breaker should be protected with saftey cover. They need to get cleaner towels, wash all bed covers including the skirt of the beds. They have mold on their cellings i became sick because of it. Also I had to take a shower with my shoes on.

Location is great, and free parking is provided. However, cleanliness is rated 1 out of 10. If you don't plan to stay in the room for long, the price is worth it for the location. (I highly recommend that you bring your bed stuff)

Sadly our experience was not great. There were people smoking pot on the balcony and didn’t care that we had children with us. The property has no elevators and we were on the 4th floor. The furniture is old and the bed was not comfortable. There is a reason why it’s cheaper than the rest of the hotels. Great view of the ocean from our room though, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The bathroom was updated a little but it just wasn’t the best. With all that said, it’s very budget friendly. Just don’t expect the Hilton.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The accommodations did not meet the expectations established by the online photographs, which appeared to have been significantly enhanced. My room overlooked a rather unappealing view consisting of a dirt hill, fenced area, and a pool that was, unfortunately, unusable due to its unclean condition – the water was green and cloudy. Furthermore, the noise level proved disruptive. Guests at a picnic table adjacent to my room disturbed my sleep at 10:30 pm necessitating my intervention at 12:00 AM to request their relocation. They don’t have house keeping unless you ask. I hope you will address these issues to ensure future guests have a more positive experience.

This was a great place with very friendly and accommodating staff, the hotel room walls were very thick so there wasn't any super loud noises waking you up, and the place was clean and the beds were very comfortable!
