The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing on check in. We required 3 beds for sleeping. The sofa bed mattress cover was soiled with 2 foul smelling urine stains which appear to have mold growth and were still wet. Initially housekeeping services were offered the next morning. After insisting cleaning services were provided that evening 2 people arrived at approximately 1030 pm. We were requesting a replacement mattress which was not available. We washed the mattress ourselves and the vinyl cover and allowed them to dry overnight. When no replacement mattress arrived by 8 pm the next night i told them to not bring one. Communication was very poor , a replacement mattress arrived an hour later which declined. Sofa bed had the bedding on it ready for to retire for the night. The next evening when we were out a replacement mattress was delivered. The mattress was allegedly going to expand to size which it did not. It remained 2 inches thick with multiple waves or lumps in it. The initial mattress was returned as requested the next day.
