Welcome to my gorgeous personal overhauled ocean view king suite. This 11th floor 400 sq ft fully-furnished unit was updated in March 2022 with a brand new vinyl floor, fresh paint, custom LED fireplace, new king euro top mattress, oversized sleeper chair, new ac, and mini fridge among others. Book with me for personalized service and know exactly what unit you’re getting.

This unit is perfect for a couple, or a couple with 1 child.
Being fully updated, it stands out amongst the other cookie cutter outdated units in the building. I’m also the sole owner and provide more of a personalized experience than a large management company.
Sit on your private balcony and overlook the city and beach. A kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, cups, and dishes make the perfect area for quick meal options.
Just around the corner from the kitchenette, there is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, hairdryer, and oversized vanity with sink.

This is a privately owned unit and front desk help and daily housekeeping are unavailable. Go straight to your room and enter in the code for no-hassle access.

Guests have access to all water amenities at the resort, including heated indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and sauna. Also have access to the laundromat, fitness center, and gift shop.

Great Quick Trip

Great room that had been remodeled. Far superior than the majority of rooms at Landmark. Definitely worth going through VRBO instead of the resort.

Great location and nice room

Room was nice, exactly as advertised. View is excellent. The Landmark Resort where room was located was good. Easy walk to neighborhood stores. Plenty of parking in parking garage. We didn’t use water amenity’s but they looked nice. Definitely a lot of kids, so not really a couples resort. If you don’t like kids running around all over property , then this place might not work for you. We were pleased with room cleanliness and small kitchen setup. We would rent again for this room
