Wake up to direct oceanfront views from your private balcony in this 17th-floor dog-friendly studio at The Patricia Grand, complete with a convenient kitchenette for added comfort.

Unit 1724 accommodates up to 4 guests and features king & sleeper, along with a well-equipped kitchenette for easy meal prep. Each unit includes a Smart TV and an in-room coffee maker with complimentary coffee.

Guests enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a relaxing lazy river, a fitness center, and direct beach access.

The resort features Azure, our newly opened onsite restaurant with a refreshed menu launched in April, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A seasonal pool bar and coffee bar are also available.

Guests also receive access to a seasonal attraction ticket package, offering complimentary tickets to select local attractions during their stay.
