Condo has not had a good cleaning in a while. White socks and bottoms of our feet were black from walking across the floors. Contact lense from last guest was still on the back of sink. Master bedroom was missing the remote. Guest bathroom shower door was off the track and was hard to get in and out of. Called the morning after our first night at 8am to let them know about the floors and the missing remote. Left room around 10:30ish to enjoy the day and had not seen the maintenance crew who we were told would bring a remote. Housekeeping came by when we got back to room around 3pm wanting to clean l but we were worn out and I told them it could wait till we left the next day. Called office again about missing remote around 3 and was told they would send maintenance. Around 6pm I missed a call from the office. Called back around 7:30pm and they wanted to know if we had gotten the remote. I let them know we had not. They said they would have maintenance over in 10 mins. 9pm maintenance showed up, he was polite and brought a remote and made sure it would work. I let him know about the shower doors and told him I could call office to have them do a work order for when we left. He said he would go ahead and fix it and he did. Checkout was at 11. Around 9:50am housekeeping was knocking on the door to see if we had left. I was not in the room when this happened because I was loading the car. I was told she was very nice.
We loved the condo, and the balcony had a decent view of the ocean. The plumbing in the showers could use some minor TLC and there was activity and loud music on the street at all hours of the night. Despite that, we very much enjoyed our stay and the easy access to the beach and property amenities.
We loved it here. The place was clean, we received fresh towels and toiletries daily, and itâs easy access to the beach. My favorite place to stay in Myrtle Beach.
The stay was wonderful. The room was so clean and the house keepers was so nice. But, I ask for a 3 bedroom and because there were 4 people staying in the group they gave me a 2 bedroom with a sofa bed. I had 3special needs individuals that were men and a female staff. That was not good. And they would not give me another room because it sleeps up to 6 people. But they were happy campers.
I took my friends and our S/O for a weekend getaway and found this gem! It is centrally located to most shopping centers, restaurants, malls and much more. The place was very clean and inviting! The balconies were my only blah part of the trip as they felt loose(they werenât, just room for swaying) but overall great little getaway spot and I loved having a full kitchen!
The property was hard to find at first. The sweet lady that ran the beach shop below was super helpful with the assist of checking in since it wasnât her first time experiencing the question of where the condo was located. The view was very misleading. You could see the beach from the bedroom if you stood at the door; not what was pictured online. Overall itâs was a clean and up to date with TVS in each room. Not much night life in that area. The beach shop under the condo had everything you would need to have fun in the sun.
The only issues I had was at check-in and a request for a late checkout.
Check-in: The property did not have a record of my check in date, which I added and paid for the day before! It was 3:00 AM in the morning and I had to contact Vrbo to assist with getting us checked in as the front desk clerk stated there was nothing she could do. However, after I got on the phone with Vrbo, she then checked with the Manager to see if there was something they could do. It appeared there was something they could do however, Vrbo Rep was in the process of sending them confirmation of my check in date. We were not happy at this point after being on the road.
Check-out: I requested a late check and was told by Vrbo to check with Property Management. Only to be told that they do not offer late check-outs on the Property we were in, as it usually books up fast. However, I asked them to check to see if the unit we were in was booked, and they confirmed it was not. They still would not give me any leeway on a late checkout.

Dirty, No Assistance From Owner, Misleading Listing
We were very disappointed that this listing appears to be 2 bedrooms, although one âbedroomâ is open to the family room. The doors were extremely dirty with sand and dirt. Our towels had hair in them. And, they closed the pool for the entire day for maintenance.
We tried bringing this issues up to management via Vrbo messaging and they never replied. I was hoping to at least get the floors cleaned. Then, I went to the front desk and they just said, âok, thereâs nothing we can doâ.
