Location was amazing for all of our needs. A small issue at arrival with a missing pool fob but the owner resolved it within 24 hrs. Loved the Pet friendly. Definitely bring extra paper products and if you plan on doing any cooking, bring spices.We drove in so planning ahead payed off. Would definitely stay there again wonderful experience.

Super clean and

The condo was super clean and very nice. We would recommend highly if you are looking to save a few bucks on your beach vacation. It is within 8 minutes of the beach and half the price of beachfront. Broadway at the Beach is within 10 minutes as well. The owner is very responsive and very friendly.

This property was awesome! We were so close to Broadway on the Beach and about 10-15 minutes from the beach, stores and restaurants. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

The condo overall was clean and super cozy! Just the right amount of space for our traveling party of 6! The location was perfect, close to everything! We appreciated all the extras such as the trash bags and laundry packs to help make a stay even more cozy! We will definitely look at staying at this property again for any future trips!

2024 Vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the action and easy to get to all thee attractions. My only gripe would be the washer and the dishwasher are a little on the squeaky side when running. Along with a wobbly towel holder(which Im sure will be fixed). Other that that I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo and complex! Across the street from Broadway at the Beach. Beautiful pool. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings. Home was immaculate with many conveniences.

Good stay for the winter

A nice condo, with the added plus of an elevator. All of the other snowbirds we met from Magnolia Place area had to use stairs for several floors . We had 2 minor issues with the plumbing. Each time there was a maintenance man there to fix the faucet and sink within hours. The area is excellent. Safe, quiet. Dogs allowed with all owners being responsible with the care and pick up of their pups. We did have to purchase stainless steel cooking utensils, I am not a fan of Teflon. But we were there as snowbirds so cooked most meals.
