Not really 100% offered was delivered, the cleaning of the apartment bathroom was not as expected, a few things could have make a difference, I had hairs on the shower of previous user when I arrived, the pup out bed on the living room was impossible to use due to the smell, the towels maybe where there since the 70s, I will not even try to wash my car with those, maybe just to change the oil , again an small change like new towels could make a difference, o er all the cleaning of the apartment and all the common areas outside is bad, I think the private owners dont know how bad the cleaning is been done in the place, the only good thing is how dog friendly the place is but the cleaning of the pools, elevators, common areas, apartments and all is bad, needs a good review. This place due to the location has potential but the overall HOA in charge of the cleaning is bad. In addition I was promised fyll access to the balcony which one day before arriving was informed not too, as well I was not informed of work in the apartments during the week with noise starting early, It ia the first time using Vrbo and due to this experience will be the last. Due to work I travel basically a week per month, I am not a picky user, but I like to share for improvement. So fix the fixures in the bathroom, cleam the apartment and common areas better and chnage the 20 years old towels, just small things will make a huge difference, and regarding the Vrbo heard the customers and do some
