The property had a beautiful view of the ocean. Very pet friendly. Main area was a little smaller than thought. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but we were there for 3 weeks and maybe those for a short time eat all their meals out. All in all we totally enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay at the beach with your family and dog.

The property was exactly as described. No issues at all. There is a nice dog park right next to the property with beach access. I would definitely take my family and dog there again. Excellent!

The unit is beautiful, spacious and has an amazing view! The resort itself certainly did not disappoint either. Several options for swimming or just relaxing. Way more lounge chairs on the pool deck than I have seen at any other resort. Host is amazing! Super quick to respondand extremely helpful. Will definitely rent from them again.dextremely

The room wasnt advertised correctly. It was list as a two bedroom by vrbo and it was only a pne bedroom with a hide away bed. Other than that it was great.

Perfect

Enjoyed a week in the suite with 2 adults, 2 kids (11 y.o.), and a 12lb dog. We all felt we had plenty of room. Waking to the sunset on the balcony was a highlight of the trip. The pools were clean and warm. The location was perfect for us, lots to do and see nearby. The beach never seemed too crowded. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view!

The view of the ocean from this unit is EVERYTHING! Do yourself a favor and wake up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Even our Chihuahua enjoyed the view and loved looking out the floor to ceiling windows. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need! The management is amazing! They respond and fix issues fast! Great location! The resort is a typical east coast beach resort. We didn’t use any of the amenities but loved how dog friendly the resort was!

Loved the property and had everything we needed as a family of 5 and a dog. Only thing I would suggest would be to add more towels. We didn’t know we weren’t supposed to give the dirty ones to the hotel and we had to get more from the hotel as well. (Was posted about the towels but we over looked it for most of the trip before finally realizing). All in all, highly satisfied. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine except living area needed more lighting and seating. One lamp and no overheads for the entire room. Only one sofa to sit on. The lazy River is small and not enough current. It is indoors so can be used in cooler weather.

Amazing

The unit was absolutely as pictured, it was clean and beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful which any questions or concerns. There are no dressers for clothes and only 4 hangers so they brought more hangers the very same day! The view is stunning and the dogs loved the beach, big window and balcony as well. Lots of dogs friends made too, I love a good pet friendly hotel! The hotel itself needs a little updating and maintenance etc., the lazy river needs to be redone as the bottom always looks brown, the hot tub outside was always cold and the pool guy took 3 days to clean the pool. However our host reached out to the HOA when we let them know and the next day a pool guy was there cleaning every day thereafter, apparently he was sick. I never had to park in the garage which I’ve read in reviews and on the hotel website is only for compact cars but luckily I found spots in the outside parking sections available on each side of the garage while I was there. The location is great and only a few minutes to stores and the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again! Hopefully soon! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nice location and good for a couple getaway

Property is in a very nice location and the building is well kept, though looks a little dated inside. The rental unit was clean, except for bed covers that had an old, unclean smell. On of the bed covers also had a hole. Beds were fine, pillows not so much... The living room is very small. We needed to use the Murphy bed, and there was no room to move around after we pulled the bed. The kitchen is minimally stocked, which was not a a problem since our stay was short. Would have loved a cutting board and more than one knife though. The must aggravating issue we had was the water not draining properly in the shower, it took about 20 minutes after each shower use to have the water drain and than clean. Also note that if you sleep in the living room, you may need ear plugs because of the noise coming from the fridge. The storage space in the unit is very minimal.

The view is amazing!

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit in the Patricia Grand! It was beautifully decorated with simple but functional furniture. The view was why we booked this unit and it did not disappoint! The balconies and the “picture” window when you enter give you amazing view of the ocean and beach. The full kitchen worked for us as I was able to make good meals throughout our trip. I brought some things from home but really didn’t need to as the kitchen was stocked with all common utensils and also everything you would need to cook a basic meal. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the kids slept comfortable on the sofa bed and Murphy bed in the living room. Two points I want to make to anyone thinking of booking this unit with kids- it isn’t a complaint but something that I didn’t expect or plan for. First was in the description, there are pictures of 2 beds in the bedroom but there is only one. The listing itself does specify one bed but I went with what the pictures showed. It wasn’t a big deal because the kids used to beds in the living room but something to think about if you are booking. The second thing that I didn’t check for was dressers. There are no dressers and only a small closet in this unit. For us, this meant that we lived out of our suitcases for the week which was fine but not ideal. The facility was good. Very busy with other holiday travelers. The pools and lazy river were warm! Will definitely consider booking again.
