This is a very nice property with everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and just a stones throw from the campus and all the restaurants on North Street. Very well kept with very comfortable beds! Thank you for having us.
Two couples, SFASU alumni from the early eighties, needed a place to reconnect and reminisce about college life and current life. Coming from Fort Worth and Houston, Nacogdoches seemed like a good place and this home was great for sitting outside with coffee to talk and close enough to walk around campus to see what remains and what has changed. We had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs.
Nacogdoches is a charming little town. We had a pleasant stay for the 4th of July holiday. The home was clean, spacious and accommodating for our large family. We have 3 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 children, and one toddler. The host was quick to respond to any request s or questions we had. This is a great place to stay and if you get a chance, take a walk on the trails!
This place is very clean and welcoming. I should also mention that they did a beautiful job on the remodel. High recommend. Will definitely stay again.
We travelled from Canada and were looking for a house to accomodate our family while we visited. We came to meet, train and then bring home our child's service dog. This house was a gem! The location was perfect. The 3 bedrooms accommodated our family easily. The fenced backyard was great for our trainings sessions with the service dog. The washer and dryer was an added bonus so we could pack light for our trip. We are so happy with this house and if we ever return, would be happy to stay there again. When we reached out to the host, they responded in a timely manner and were very kind. Thank you again for sharing this gem!
This home was a great stay for our family, including elderly grandparents, while we were in town for the weekend to watch the Lumberjacks Beach Volleyball Tournament. We will definitely consider booking another stay in the future.
House is very updated, had a couple of issues that the property manager helped to resolve with the best of availability. We enjoyed our fun weekend in Nacogdoches!
This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room to bring an air mattress if you have additional guests.. I love the in bedroom air condition units which were a total Plus. The backyard and patio area were awesome for the evenings and for the kids to play in the yard.
We had plenty of towels and linens for the weekend.... And the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were perfect so don't worry about bringing your own.
Great host as well with wonderful communication!
Host was very available and proactive in communication. We would stay there again.
Pros:
+spacious
+proximity to the university and downtown
+updated bathrooms/appliances
+2 of the 3 bedrooms have their own AC
Cons:
-Road noise from front BR (street is fairly busy)
-Limited ceiling fans
The home is well appointed; all of the rooms have beautiful light fixtures and eclectic decor throughout the home. What I enjoyed the most is the wall mounted a/c units in the bedrooms and the bidet. I had never used a bidet before. However, I fell in love with the thing and want one for my home lol! Also, I really enjoyed the extra beds to accommodate more people....two extra beds total in the 3 rooms. The only negative was the property cameras. They're everywhere outside and I felt highly surveilled at first though they hopefully turned off the ones in the backyard after verifying that we were not going to be rowdy.
