The staff helped us during every step of our stay. Amazing outdoor onsen. Particularly loved the breakfast which offers Japanese cuisine as well as the more typical continental options. The cleaning services are immaculate, and the staff were always courteous and very helpful. The hot spa for women only and men only was the highlight of the day. Reception staff were wonderful and the room was very clean. Location very close to train station a plus. Very easy to find bus to visit snow monkeys.
