The room is very dated and not many plug or charging points. The room and bathroom is very small. The location is great and the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Enjoyed the free drinks on the top floor with a great view.

Very old, not so clean especially in the bathroom. The house keepers starts pretty early in the morning making the loud sound and such a mess. very uncomfortable. The front staffs were very nice and friendly though.

Waited till my trip of Japan was over to write a review. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in our whole 3 week stay in Japan. Not only was the hotel filthy, I was charged an extra 23,000 yen for my wife to stay in the room with me!!! This is after already being charged 24000 yen for a room barely worth 10,000. I then reached out to the hotel to ask if they could refund the last half as this was an unfair way to do business. They still have not responded. Honestly the worst experience in Japan period!!! Avoid this place.

Avoid if possible

The hotel is dated and not clean. When we arrived, the hotel's front desk is on the second floor of the building and the escalator from the ground floor to the second floor was broken. We had to carried our luggage from the ground floor to the front desk by the stairs. When we got into our room, the A/C was not working. They did not allow us to open the window. They ended up sending a electric fan to our room to keep us cool. It was not worth the amount of money we paid, $180usd, for the one night stay.

Good value

This hotel has a great location and you can see it as you exit the train station. It has several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. You can take advantage of the 10th floor facilities to relax in massage chairs for free. The pillow in the room was very hard for my liking but they had softer pillows upon request. The staff are very helpful, kind, and organized. There is everything you might need like toiletries, face masks, and ear plugs for free downstairs. Overall, it's a good value.
