Everything was perfect as usual apart from the noise starting at 6.10am ,(housekeeping?). Sleep was impossible. The housekeeping us starting very early.

Didn’t utilise everything it had to offer but all in all, it’s a cozy hotel, with good staff. Doesn’t have heaps to offer but it forces you to explore and not stay in your room. If there was any complaints, it’s that the room was really warm and you couldn’t change the air con, but nothing opening the window can’t fix.

Very clean. Very comfortable. The sky deck is probably the best amenity. Especially for breakfast time, you are able to zone out and focus on yourself and breakfast time in general. Breakfast times are appointed so not too many guest arrive at the same time which is a plus. Extra toothbrushes w/ toothpaste provided, comb, shower cap, razor etc. Did not have to worry too much about the distance to the nearest tourist attraction/location. Very walkable, but if you get tired, bus stops are at almost every 2 blocks or so.

Room is clean, we had very peaceful sleep. The breakfast buffet is excellent food and variety. Our check in was very late at 1 am but the front desk gentleman is very helpful, in providing where to park and is welcoming to my daughter and me. The buffet on 16 th floor has very nice window glass view overlooking the mountains.

Fantastic location. Easy to walk to Nagano station. Easy walk to Zenkoji. It is a Japanese hotel so it is a small room. Don't expect western size. No issues with it at all.

Wonderful room with great amenities. We had a larger corner room and the refrigerator was stocked with a variety of beverages. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. Great central location - walkable to temple and train station.

Highly recommend this property, in a good neighborhood and only little over 10 minute walk from Nagoya station. Nice size room and we truly got a king bed by western standards. The breakfast was outstanding. Hotel has a laundry facility, we had no issues getting a W/D. Some hotels are just too crazy busy. Overall the staff was very friendly and professional. Worth spending a little extra and excellent value

We had a great stay. Check in was easy, the rooms are clean and the staff was great. The location is close to a lot, less than 10 minutes to the train station. Only downside is the age of the bldg, internet and phones were not working.
