整體來說，挺好的。

小巧的居住環境，距離國際通很近，步行10分鐘以內可以抵達，最大的賣點就是地點好。但附近居酒屋多，不免有喧囂，樓下有燒烤及小吃，不時傳出燒烤的香味，節食者的誘惑超多。廁所有三間，大家可以輪著上，超棒！上廁所不用排隊。
