Excellent location. 5 min walk to bus terminal. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Clean and quiet. Bed was firm side and perfect. Bathroom facility was very good. Breakfast buffet was good. Parking avaliable at a fee.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and modern. The rooftop pool is amazing! They had free drinks during happy hour there too. Excellent value and our family loved it. They also have one of those robotic, stacking parkades. If you have never seen one, watch as your car gets an elevator ride. The perfect choice if you need a transition hotel for a night before the rest of the island.

The hotel is newly built, so the facilities are clean and modern. However, housekeeping seems inconsistent. During my multi-night stay, I learned that you have to specifically request cleaning—otherwise, no one will come. Even after requesting it, there were missed spots and water stains left untouched. There are also several operational issues. While I understand that many guests are from overseas and the staff may be struggling to keep up, there was no line control at the front desk, turning the area into a bit of a chaotic.

New hotel with equal pros and cons.

New hotel so condition of establishment is generally pleasing and comfortable. Twin room is considerably of good size given Japanese standards. Was initially attracted by the fact that this hotel has a rooftop pool which is rare for a moderate chained hotel… However the pool is small, it gets packed easily especially with families of holiday-makers… I have no chance at all to get into the pool throughout my 7 nights stay. Hotel is easy to walk from Asahibashi monorail station given if it does not rain… We were there during rainy season and getting out or walking back to hotel become almost impossible without getting drenched in rain. Housekeeping standards is not consistent, supplies not replenished regularly. Overall it’s a nice new hotel to stay given the reasonable rates.

좋으면서도 아쉬움이 많은 숙소입니다^^;; 우선 체크인이 너무 오래걸렸어요.. 3시40분쯤 갔는데 줄서있는건 기본인데.. 방을 이제와서 찾아봐야한다고 더 기다려달라고 하더라구요;; 어제 예약한것도 아닌데... 그리고 신축이지만 창문이 쉽게 열리는 구조가 아니라서 먼지가 많은 느낌은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 주변에 아무것도 없어요ㅠㅠ 모노레일타고 이온몰나하점에 가서 놀거나 국제거리도 하루종일 걸어야는데 거기까지 걸어가는건 좀 무리가 있더라구요 모노레일 타고 왔다갓다 했네요.. 오픈얼마 안되서 침대4개 수영장 무료 10만원 극초반 이라 갔지만... 가격이 오르면 생각해볼만한 위치와 체크인문제는 좀 해결해얄거 같습니다. 수영장은.. 타일사이에서 뭔가 떨어져 나가서 검은색 이물질이 가끔보이는데 노는데 크게 문제는 안되지만.. 해뜨면서부터 질때까지 해가 정통으로 때려맞아서 엄청 탑니다... 사람은 크게 많지 않지만 프리드링크 시작하는 6시부터는 주변에 앉을자리없고 수영장도 사람 최고조잊니다 저희는 뭐모르고 5시에 가서 자리맡고 수영했는데 6시되니... 옆식당에도 앉을자리가 없더라구요 주변에 저렴한 주차장 있고.. 짐잠시 내리거나 짐맡기고 차뺄때 시간이나 공간은 충분히 있습니다. 주변에 로숀 세븐일레븐 가깝고 모노레일타고 공항으로 가기 무척 가까운 거리에 있어서 그점은 만족합니다.

1.酒店停車場只能容納車身比較矮的車輛停泊，車身較高的，只可以泊在酒店附近的收費停車場，而附近收費停車場的車位嚴重不足夠。 2.酒店乾淨整潔，舒適。

Man merkte, dass das Hotel erst aufgemacht hatte. Dementsprechend war alles sehr neu und sauber. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend. Ein Schrank für Kleidung fehlte, sodass hiefür nur wenig Platz war. Die Dachterasse mit Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Leider konnte niemand der Belegschaft englisch, obwohl englisch als Sprache angegeben wurde. Die Anbietung zum Bahnhof ist durch kurze Wege sehr positiv.
