The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove ONLY all sheets and pillow cases and deposit them with all used towels inside the bathtub. Please do not remove duvet covers. Thank you
If you would like to start the dishwasher, please make sure you run it on the "One Hour cycle" other cycles take 4 hours.
Garbage: If you were authorized to consume shellfish, please make sure to take all compost at check-out time. Thank you (This helps us keep wasps and bad smells away for future guests) Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Shellfish can be allowed if guests request for it, with the understanding that guests will remove all shellfish compost from the property at check-out
Smoking of vape, tabaco or marijuana is not allowed. If guests violate this rule, they will be charge $250 fee and asked to leave.
