The private lower-level suite is located within the main residence and has a separate entrance, one bedroom with four twin beds, a lounge area with a pool table, a full bathroom, and a steam room.

Together, the spaces sleep up to 6 guests comfortably and work well for families, couples traveling together, or guests who want extra separation and privacy.

The outdoor space is the highlight: a saltwater pool and spa, large sunny deck, grilling area, yard space, and open skies surrounded by conservation land.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the detached studio and the private lower-level suite. Each space has its own separate entrance.

Guests also have access to the exterior areas of the property, including the pool deck, grill area, yard, pool, and spa. The pool and spa are occasionally shared with the owner, but otherwise are private for guest use.

Other things to note

The beach is about a 15–20 minute walk, or a quick drive or bike ride along quiet private roads.
