This is a ensuite of a whole condo, with a hollow core door between the two, shared spaces. Our neighbors were not obnoxious but it sounded as if they were standing over the bed until after midnight, then they started business meetings at 5:45am. If they thought the business meeting info was confidential think again!! We heard it all.
Contact the owner through vrbo site, telling them we were checking out three days early, the response, too bad it was as advertised...nope it wasnt no indication of adjoining space nor photos showing door, had we seen that we would not have rented...its too bad we have stayed in a few different spaces there at Silverado resort, which were nice...this was aweful and yes it is part of resort property, I spoke with resort manager upon are early departure...still waiting for refund for the three nights we did not stay. We will never make this mistake again! I believe they say Bijou properties...Beware
The owner of this time share didn't share any kind of map to the room. So we spent 45 minutes in the rain looking for the room. Could not get a response from the contact on the listing. Texted, called, and messaged with a response taking a significant amount of time.
Once in the room it was freezing, it took the small split unit almost all night to warm the room up.
Parking is horrible and they don't tell you that in the listing. We ended having to park in the main lot, which was quite a ways away. Definitely would not stay with them again.
This place is advertised as a "vast Studio". It NOT vast. It is a dark cut out area from the main condo. No ice. Parking is more than football field away. The smells and sounds from the other part of unit permeate this one (garlic in our case). There is an electrical outlet LITERALLY in the shower.
The property was as described. Be aware that this unit about the size of an average hotel room in a city, with similar amenities. The unit connects to another unit via an internal door that has a deadbolt lock. The noise very clearly travels through the door, and there was a very young baby (which cried often and loudly as young babies do) on the other side of the door. Just bad luck on our part. The upstairs neighbors weren't particularly loud but the walking traffic was noticeable. The most challenging thing about the place vs. expectations was that we couldn't use the Silverado resort amenities (tennis courts, gym, main pool). We did enjoy our stay, location is very nice, grounds are pretty, the host was responsive and very kind to also host our dog.
