Adorable little inn, attentive staff, and close to downtown Napa. Parking was easy, and we loved the layout off the inn with the atrium in center, and a well landscaped back patio. I like that they had real dishes for the breakfast and coffee station, instead of all disposables. The breakfast was decent and coffee was good. If the eggs could have been fresh vs the prescrambled kind at budget hotels, would have been awesome. But we did thoroughly enjoy our stay in this quaint inn. Thanks and we’ll be back!

Quiet, safe and in walking distance to downtown. Get to breakfast early or you might miss the eggs. Also, don’t try to be in the hot tub after 9pm. We were kicked out at 8:50pm and were being quiet and respectful of the 9pm closing time. Other than that, this property was excellent for the price.

Wonderful place. Rooms were nice, staff was friendly, and breakfast was standard but was nice to have offered. Highly recommend this property. However, late arrivals need to be arranged in advance with staff, or you will be unable to enter property. So as long as you notify property in advance, no problem. If not, will be a problem.

The staff was very nice. The entire hotel smells like waffles and syrup. The rooms, the hallways, and the AC/Heater exudes the smell as well. The bed and pillows are lumpy.

We totally enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is great and the chocolate chip cookies at 6pm really hit the spot. The grounds are well kept. The room was spacious and well appointed.
