Loved that they accommodated our early check in request so we could change after travelling to get out again at 5pm for dinner. Gave us an anniversary bottle of wine!!! Everyone was super pleasant. Lady working the wine bar was very nice, I think her name was Sheila.

Ask to see if the pool is heated before going

Place was nice and rons of parking but the pool wasn’t heated and that was the main reason we choose that hotel to have a pool . So that was a waste of a few hundred dollars

Made to order breakfast was my reason for staying & it did not disappoint! All the wait staff were great! The receptionists answered texts promptly. I do feel like they could greet guests when they walk in the door which would’ve felt more welcoming. Also, the beds in our room were so soft and unsupportive, we did toss and turn a lot with some trouble sleeping. I explained to receptionist checking out and she said she’d tell the manager. The unsupportive beds are the only reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars. Otherwise, it was a great deal!

The outdoor fire pit looks nice, except they shut it down at 9pm so we were unable to use it when returning from dinner. Seems early. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable.
