Everything was perfect. The rooms are freshly renovated. The beds luxurious. Spotlessly clean. Super accommodating people. Fire pits and hot tub nicely maintained. The pool was a little dirty in the bottom but it was a bit off season. The chairs and cabanas were clean and ready with towels. Enjoyed the games in the library with cocktails. It was a great stay.

What a lovely boutique hotel! Perfect room , very clean! Very quiet and dark room to sleep ! Loved the library & games !!! Only wish the lighting was better in the bathroom for makeup application! Will definitely stay at Senza again for another visit to Napa!

I really wanted to love this place but I did not like the way they handled me and my friends having no air for 2 nights. I went to the front desk after the first night to let them know that we literally couldn't breathe. The person working the front desk told us “ we tried to call you” I had no missed calls no messages. She then told me they would ensure we were compensated. The second night, they provided us loud fans that blew hot hair and the third night they did fix the air. When we went to check out we thought for sure they would make it right. Instead, the front desk person said she was not told of any compensation and her manager would call me, which she still has not. Such a beautiful place with such potential. Just don’t have a problem because they won’t fix it .

Great place to stay in Napa

The hotel was a great place to stay in Napa. Great location for visiting the wineries. Room was clean and had plenty of room. The only issue that we had was that our room was on the third floor of the Parker Mansion. No elevator only stairs. I had recently had a knee replacement so I had some difficulty with walking up and downstairs. I did not ask for a room change and just treated as rehab. This might be an issue for some people so you might ask about it before making your reservation
