The room was nice, I thought it would have been nicer. There were slight inconsistencies that I would have expected better from a unit with the price point and ratings. Broken toilet seat, cracked fascia on the backsplash of the vanity, the little things that should make this worth the price of the room.

The tv couldn’t pick up the signal. Maintenance couldn’t fix. Fridge wasn’t cooling. Maintenance was able to fix. Breakfast was good. Room was clean but no maid service and wasn’t told that so good thing we saved our two towels to use on the second morning.

Our go to hotel in Napa valley, 3 straight years we have been staying here.. love it here because our dogs can stay w us, also free breakfast , charging station is also nice.. will stay here again next year

This hotel and staff are amazing. We had the king suite room which had a good layout with plenty of sitting space. There was no charge for parking and the breakfast buffet was very generous.
