The view is fantastic & the room was very spacious but the highlight was the private hot tub, the only negative I can say would be the room door needs a serious greasing as it is super loud so late at night it would definitely disturb light sleepers. It would be awesome to have a small milk in the fridge to go with the condiments. Very happy with my stay overall, thank you

fresh milk in fridge would be a nice touch. even long life at room temp. No milk and food desert around you means that it's difficult to make tea once you arrive. The only thing that spoilt it.

We always try to book the house when visiting Napier, fortunately managed to this trip. A true Napier experience in these cute and cosy railway house. Perfect location within walking distance of everything.
