Conveniently located, right across the street from Tin City and within walking distance to 5th Ave with all the eating options. The room was clean, and the staff was great. The breakfast that’s included is a small snack but they do give you credit towards a normal breakfast with eggs, bacon etc. Overall a very good stay. A good value.

property was very nice and very centric, but poor customer service. I had made reservation for two rooms through Expedia and days before the trip, one of my rooms got cancelled. upon calling the hotel, I was told they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do to help. The room I was left with had a pull-out couch but no sheets for it. The hair dryer in the bathroom was very sticky. We were a large group, all staying at this hotel, we rented 2 boats from the marina next to the hotel, upon our arrival from the boat, it started raining, we took shelter at the hotels outdoor bar that was practically empty, where we were told could not stay if we were not consuming, we explained that it was only while the rain passed and that we would be eating there later but were confronted by a manger who very rudely and loudly in front all other guest kicked us out. We tried going to the pool and again we were told we could not be there until the rain passed even if we stayed out of the water. Hotel staff was not able to help us or accommodate us anywhere. We were forced to put everything away in our cars and end our plans for the day. Needless to say, we all took showers and went for dinner somewhere else. The free breakfast is not so free. I had a room for 4 people, but they only give you up to 3 vouchers only. the voucher only covers a selected option, and you need to pay a 20% gratuity on it.

The hotel is good. We stayed in a junior suite that was big. The bed is way too soft and the walls are the same as nothing. You can hear absolutely everything from the room next to you and everything from outside. It has breakfast which is very convenient and it was good. The staff is great! Nice people with great attitude! They also provide beach chairs and umbrella, which is a very nice plus! I would go back despite the noisy rooms.

I liked that it was walkable area to restaurant and shops. The rooms themselves were a bit older. Simplevrooms, no local information, tv information, shower didn’t work had tohave maintenance in. Had to pay 100.00 deposit, suposed to get it credited back still have not
