We loved the house and everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Everything we could have needed was there. Location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. My only complaint was the condition of the yard. It was terrible, the grass had not been cut in weeks and the weeds were knee high. It seemed like there has been decent landscaping in the past with various plants and bushes but they were all overgrown with weeds and dead branches. We liked the screened porch and like to eat outside but the yard was just not attractive at all. The curb appeal of this property would be so much nicer if the yard was maintained. It really made this cute little house look like abandoned property instead of the nice looking place it could be with some tender loving care to the landscape. We may be more critical than most guests in this area because we are both gardeners and are meticulous with our own yard, but we both thought it was important. (My husband even talked to the yard workers in the vacant lot next door if he could pay them just to mow the yard, but they said they were not allowed to do that). The house itself deserves better!
