Attention punaises de lit Nous avons passĂ© deux nuits dans cette Ă©tablissement et dĂšs le premier jour nous avons remarquĂ© des piqures sur notre corps et sur notre visage. AprĂšs avoir bien inspectĂ© le lit au matin de notre dĂ©part nous avons trouvĂ© plusieurs punaises de lit qui courraient dans les draps et sur les oreillers. Nous en avons directement fait part au propriĂ©taire en mentionnant que nous comprenions que cela n’était pas de son fait mais que nous dĂ©sirions un remboursement. Le propriĂ©taire nous a dit qu’il n’avait pas encore reçu notre paiement. Nous avons donc contactĂ© la plate-forme de reservation qui nous a assurĂ© que le remboursement Ă©tait la responsabilitĂ© de l’établissement et que ces derniers avaient catĂ©goriquement refusĂ© toute compensation. Nous avons passĂ© des jours Ă  laver et traiter nos vĂȘtements, Ă  tout empaqueter pour Ă©viter de contaminer notre logement. Nous avons aussi dĂ» jeter beaucoup de nos effets personnels que nous avons du racheter (manteaux, pulls). En quittant l’établissement nous Ă©tions couvertes de piqures notamment sur le visage. Sans parler de l’angoisse crĂ©Ă©e par la situation et des frais gĂ©nĂ©rĂ©s. MalgrĂ© de nombreux messages cordiaux, l’hĂŽtel a refusĂ© de nous rembourser jusqu’à arrĂȘter de rĂ©pondre Ă  nos messages. Nous sommes scandalisĂ©s par le manque de considĂ©ration que ce refus reprĂ©sente et nous pensons qu’au vu du prĂ©judice causĂ©, il est lĂ©gitime que l’établissement fasse un geste. Je dĂ©conseille cet Ă©tablissement

Located on The Plaza Dante is a lovely location to escape to in Naples. The apartment was a good value for the price. Best was the contact with the concierge, who was proactive, kind, and always supportive.

Un emplacement fantastique dans le centre historique de Naples. Il suffit de faire quelques mĂštres pour prendre le mĂ©tro. Il n'y a pas de petit dĂ©jeĂ»ner sur place mais on peut dĂ©guster Ă  moins de 20 m CafĂ©, cappuccino, viennoiseries et autres succulents gĂąteaux pour moins de 5€/personne. De plus les propriĂ©taires sont hyper sympa. C'est certain nous reviendrons Ă  Chocolate's Home sans hĂ©siter.
