Our only issue was that the floor was not very clean and was kind of sticky. Also, it would be nice if there were quiet gliders on the chairs so moving them is not so noisy for the downstairs guest, A soft chair for relaxing would be nice as well. Love the tropical environment and breakfast was awesome!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Although it is a bit older, they have a fabulous outdoor area with a nice pool and very friendly staff. Felt like I was at a real tropical location. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxed experience with an easy access to the beach and restaurants.

We stay at the Fairview once every month, Megan, Jose the rest of the front desk are always welcoming efficient… The staff that they have for cleaning and maintenance are meticulous and extremely hard-working. The grounds are wonderful very family friendly.

This hotel is nestled in a small tropical like setting. There are quiet little nooks all around the property. It has a lush, cozy feel that my husband and I both loved. Wild rabbits running around was cute. The room has a small dinette set that we especially liked. The bathroom is small, nothing special, but clean. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower and sink was very low. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was well taken care of. The pool and outdoor area is very nice. The outdoor seating area is big and is in the shade. The place is worth the money! The front desk girl that did check in was very friendly and helpful!

Great property recently renovated as 4.21.25, breakfast could be better, easy parking, near Naples Park, Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach, not walkable, a car is essential to stay on this hotel.

When I booked the room, I never expected it to be this small, especially for the price I paid. The photos they advertise are completely misleading — the actual room looked nothing like what was shown. It was old, worn out, and a huge disappointment compared to the pictures. Terrible, terrible misrepresentation. Would not recommend.
