I had a spotless room with the most comfortable bed I believe I have ever found in a hotel! The linens were top quality. Lighting was great. The staff (Cassie I think) was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for catching a train, bus, or subway. It seems that the hotel has taken a floor of an older building and renovated it, but you must find the hotel by going through a sawed out opening in a larger wooden door, finding building B in an interior courtyard along with a wire cage type of elevator that works very well when all doors are securely shut. Nothing seemed dangerous, just older and not kept up well. I am a 60 something woman traveling alone and was taken aback by all this. But I am so glad I saw it through and found this gem of a hotel!

A nice, little hotel that is mere steps from the central train station, as well as the city subway. An extremely convenient place to use as your home base while planning trips around Naples and the surrounding area. Our room was very well kept; the staff were friendly and helpful in making plans around the city; and they were even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our plans along the Amalfi coast fell through due to weather. A small note about the area: it can seem a little intimidating at first for somebody not from the city, but after spending some time around there, we felt perfectly safe even at night. There are lots of restaurants and friendly people around, so just use a little common sense and you'll be fine.

The staff were so friendly and helpful in giving us ideas on where to go and what to see/do while we were in the area for a few days! This place has 24 hr front desk which is extremely convenient to be able to freely go out at any time of the day/night. Andrea was extremely helpful and we loved our stay here! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the train station, still quiet enough to get good sleep, yet be able to explore all on foot!

There is no Expedia VIP thing, right? Expedia markets many hotels with these so called VIP benefits but I don't see any. Nevertheless this hotel is a hidden jewel, on the left side of Piazza Garribaldi, minutes away from the Napoli Centrale Stazione. I stayed in a few different hotels near by yet this H22 seems to have the best furnished rooms almost like modern hotel rooms, spacious modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time. The only minor thing is that they don't allow you to carry the keys for front door entry and have to buzz the bell to be left in (yes they have 24 hr duty staff). When you walk back in, you have no privacy but to pass by their office on duty to see you. I always thought buzzing in is not convenient compared with carry a key.
