Nobody was there I couldn’t get my room, I was outside of the hotel waiting for two hours texting the hotel,using what’s up and nobody was there, they asked me for information for guest after filled out everything asked me to sign and then asked me for a deposit of $250 when I already paid and they told me it was a balance of $85 only

The check-in process was extremely confusing — there were no signs, no staff to guide us, and the hotel never provided clear instructions. I ended up walking around a large circular building with my suitcase, asking locals for directions, until a passerby told me I had to go three blocks away to check in.
When I finally arrived, the receptionist was dismissive and didn’t offer any apology. The directions were still unclear, and we had to return to the original building afterward to access our room.
There was also a very unpleasant sewer odor coming from the shower, and the fan didn’t help reduce it.
To be fair, the room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and located in a lively, convenient area.

Te amenazan con que te van a quitar el depósito de $200€
