Very pleased with entire stay at The Hilton in Naples. The staff were all courteous, efficient, and ensured that my stay was as comfortable as possible, The Don Shula Steakhouse in the lobby was very convenient and the the menu selections were outstanding and beautifully presented. I can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel!

The room was very clean, there were a few things broken in the bathroom which I let the front desk know. I continue to be frustrated however that we do not get any Hilton Honors benfits other than free internet and waters at check in because we book through Expedia. All the points accruing from multiple stays and hundred of dollars spent and that seems ridiculous.

Heater for the sitting room did not warm the room… they sent up a tech who fixed the problem. There was not a remote for the TV in the bedroom… We requested at the front desk that one be placed in the bedroom as we headed out for dinner. A remote never showed up.

A little tired in aesthetic. Restaurant is quite standard American and catering to the corporate guy golfer market. Front of house staff were pretty rude in particular on a call when questioning discrepancies between their website for room service versus actual as they were closed. Overall not a repeat location for me.
