Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great. One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately as I would say this spoiled my vacation to some extent. It's as bad as me banging on their door after 10pm.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and the service was top notch. I had called ahead for an early check in but they didn’t have availability but when we arrived early I thought I’d ask again and they were able to get us in. The room was comfortable and very clean. It had a kitchen and it look liked it was never used it was so clean The restaurant/bar was nice, food was good and service was great. The pool was nice with lots of lounge chairs to pick from. It right on the cove and has a nice walking path around it. Breakfast was included and it was hot, replenished quickly and good. Across the street there is a whole area of bars and shops. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be back.

I booked a room that was pictured as having a balcony with a bay view. Upon arrival, I was told that the room I had booked did not actually face the water. Since it was a special occasion, I asked if anything could be done, and the only alternative offered was a room with two queen beds. While the view from the balcony was beautiful, it was awkward and disappointing for my husband and me to stay in a room with two separate beds for a birthday getaway. In addition, despite mentioning multiple times that this was my birthday trip, the acknowledgment from staff was minimal. When I checked in, the receptionist didn’t recognize or mention it at all, and later in the day, when I picked up a birthday gift that a friend had dropped off for me, only one of the receptionists casually said “happy birthday.” No gesture,no small upgrade, no welcome drink, not even a simple card,was offered. I don’t expect anything extravagant, but in the hospitality industry, small touches can make a big difference, especially for a special occasion. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with very limited options and nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the experience felt mediocre at a price point where I expected something far more polished. To be fair, the location’s excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and willing to help, beyond that, I left feeling disappointed. For $300 per night, I expected a more thoughtful, guest-centered experience, especially on a trip that meant to be special

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms feel a little cold, but some (river view) have a beautiful view. Only basic amenities are provided in the room, but that's okay for a short stay. We had a bit of bad luck with the room at first, as it was close to the street, but this was ultimately resolved.
