Great holidays

Es wat toll in dem Haus. Eine ruhige Gegend, nette Nachbarn. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Es waren ausreichend HandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Fehlende GeschirrtĂŒcher wurden geliefert. Es gab jede Menge Sachen fĂŒr den Strand. StĂŒhle, Schirme, Boards. Alles da. Die Garage war etwas zu klein fĂŒr unser Auto. Aber dafĂŒr kann niemand etwas. Wir haben schrĂ€g drin gestanden. Hat alles geklappt. Kurzfristige Buchung innerhalb von zwei Tagen war prima. Der Pool ist spitze. Die UmzĂ€unung haben wir entfernt. War kein Problem. Wir hatten keine kleinen Kinder mit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal.

The hosts are VERY responsive, the neighborhood is quiet and within 15 minutes of Old Naples and Baker Park. We were not aware that there were no sidewalks in the neighborhood which made taking walks for exercise difficult. Also, the furniture in the lanai needs to be updated. The table is not conducive for outdoor dining because the accompanying chairs were appropriate The cushions need to be either placed or cleaned.

This was an excellent property. We loved the location; quiet and on a dead end street, but close to everything. The house is very clean and well appointed. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and where we spent most of our time. I would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Beautiful house with an amazing back yard with a gorgeous heated pool and various seating areas. Great for entertaining ! Very clean, pretty and the owners are great communicators! The area was close you everything and in a very nice neighborhood with great neighbors. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a month at Kate and Alex’s Naples house and we miss it so much already. From the get go, communication with our lovely hosts was amazing - responses to messages within minutes! When we arrived, the house was spotless and gorgeous. The pool was bigger than we expected and there are so many areas to sit outside, all covered by the lanai so no bugs to content with. The house is equipped with everything, and I mean everything, you could possibly need - and more. They have thought of everything! The beach supplies and wagon were amazing and we used them atleast 5 times on beach days. The pool supplies saved us spending way too much money on stuff our kids would only use for a few weeks. The kitchen had every gadget - and good quality ones too!The house was in the perfect spot
a quiet dead end road so no through traffic and literally a 10-15 min drive from just about everything you will want to do and see whilst in Naples. It was the perfect base for our summer there - our home away from home. Thank you! The best holiday rental we have ever stayed in.

My little family of 4 loved this home for a full week. The house was clean, up to date and most definitely fully functional. The pool safety net was a huge perk for us traveling with a 6 and 2yr old. That little extra sense of security. Also the wagon full of beach toys was very clutch! We would stay again for sure.

The hosts were outstanding with communication, location is good in terms of proximity to beaches, shopping, restaurants but the street is older homes, exterior visual maintenance varies and not the easiest street to find. Home itself was fine but certainly could do with a refresh.

Perfect Family Home in Naples

Beautiful and immaculate home in a quiet neighborhood with everything we needed for our Naples vacation. Lots of amenities including a well-equipped kitchen, video game area and two outdoor seating areas with a beautiful pool. Perfection for our family

This property was described precisely as it is. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space! Each room worked very well for our family of 5. There was plenty of care taken in preparing the home with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen amenities and beach gear. It was a great central location for all of the things we needed to do over the weekend. I would highly recommend this home to others and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Awesome Place

Booking was simple, communication was always lightning fast from the owner. The property is well equipped. There is plenty of beach gear in the garage. The pool area is extremely well done with 2 covered areas. The pool itself is fenced in so if you have little ones you'll have peace of mind. There is ample space in the house with a living room, family room and 3 bedrooms. The property is on a very quiet, secluded street that is very close to everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.

Family Stay

The house was exactly as described and was in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was just a short drive away. The pool gate was crucial for our stay with two toddlers who enjoyed sharing the bottom bunks of the bunk room. The safety gate was helpful for letting our children play in the large patio area. The master bedroom was on the opposite side of the house which was helpful with young children. There was access to the outdoor area from the master as well. Owners were quick to respond as well.

BEAUTIFUL!!

Everything about this property met or exceeded my high expectations. Not in any particular order, here are my positive points about this property: Cleanliness - Perfect! Location - Great! Beach supplies (This was unexpected and SUPER nice) Pool - Perfect! The evening ambiance was wonderful! Pool supplies. If we had kids with us, the available noodles and floats, etc would have been tops! Layout of property - Perfect. I LOVED LOVED the outdoor seating areas! There are TWO outdoor seating areas! Coming from the North, I truly enjoy sitting under the lanai - no bugs!! Quiet and safe neighborhood - Check!!! Kitchen - Fully stocked with appliances! They thought of EVERYTHING! Even though we only prepared breakfast during our visit, it was nice to see a few spices available. I would definitely stay at this location again. I recommend it 100%. The only downfall...We didn't have more family members with us to enjoy it! :) Good job, Alex!!!

Lovely home with pool

This lovely pool home is just a few miles from downtown Naples. It is in a very quiet family neighborhood. The owners are quick to respond to any questions- outstanding communication. The screened in pool area is partially shaded- we spent almost all our time in the pool/patio area. Nice kitchen, Bosch dishwasher, wonderful rain shower in primary bedroom!! The WiFi can be used in the pool area- very convenient!! Loved it ALL!!
