Lely Vacation Golf Villa

Welcome to our snowbird sanctuary located in beautiful Greenlinks Golf Resort Naples, Florida. This spacious 2nd floor unit boasts 2 bedrooms plus a den featuring 1 king bed, full bath with soaking tub in the master suit, 2 twin beds, 3/4 bath in the 2nd bedroom and a pull out couch in the den. Three flat screen cable TV’s with free internet. Our kitchen comes fully equipped to help make your stay feel like home. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer included. The screened in lanai has golf views of the 9th,18th green, 10th tee and practice facility. A short walk to the club house will bring you to our 2 public championship golf courses and Sam Sneed’s Oak grill and tavern restaurant. Greenlinks also has its own private Clubhouse featuring tennis courts, shuffle board, bocce ball, pool, Jacuzzi and full gym amenities.
Looking to explore, there are restaurants, supermarkets and retail shopping just outside the resort. Downtown Naples with all its fine dining and shopping boutiques is 12 minutes North from our front door. In 15 Minutes you can explore Naples pier and the white sandy beaches of Clam Pass Park, Park Shore Beach Park and Naples Beach. Heading 15 minutes west you will find Marco Island with beautiful Marco and Tigertail Beaches.
Our property is a nonsmoking unit. We don’t allow pets and you must be 25 years of age to rent. Max occupancy is 6 people and no large gatherings are permitted. Check in time is 3PM and check out is 10AM. Late checks outs may be possible but must be preapproved and could entail a fee. Proper Identification is required before check in. Price does not include any applicable taxes or cleaning fees.

Great time in Naples

The trip went by too fast. We really enjoyed the pool and pickle ball and tennis. It was nice the rental had everything we needed!

Amazing property

We stayed in Naples to see family. The condo was in pristine shape. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The beds are comfortable, the condo is beautifully furnished and the kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare a holiday meal. The location is ideal..close to beaches, downtown Naples and Marco Island, the condo sits on a golf course and has a beautiful view. There is a restaurant in walking distance which makes it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. I would absolutely stay again at this condo. Bill was very responsive to our every need. If you need a place to stay, stay here.

Amazing Condo with Beautiful View

We stayed here over Christmas 2021! We selected this unit because it was close, but not too close to where my Mother In Law lives. It was a great base for the activities we did. This 2nd floor condo is spacious and has an amazing golf course view! It is located right next to the restaurant for convenient take out. There was ample parking all the time. The master bath had a huge walk in shower. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. The pool was a short walk away and the owners even had bikes that were available for use. We never heard any of our neighbors. We will totally stay here next time we are in Naples!

Wonderful and relaxing vacation

This villa has a Great golf course view with plenty of palm trees. The kitchen is fully equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation. The host is quick to respond to any questions that you may have.

Condo was wonderful. The only improvement I would recommend is to better supply the kitchen. There were no paper towels and only one packet of dishwasher and washing machine detergent. Also only four tissues in one bathroom dispenser and none in the master.

Great getaway!

Loved location overlooking the golf course. Easy access to pool and other amenities. Owner called our attention to the toaster, but we didn't follow up on it. Only browns on one side. It was a great vacation!
