Welcome to the heart of beautiful, sunny Naples! This two bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath water-front condo sleeps four and offers all the comforts of home. Upon entering the condo the first thing you see is the gorgeous view of the boats in the harbor located directly outside and below the lanai. Located in the heart of Naples, this unit sits on the water right in front of the Naples Yacht Club, the Naples Bay Resort, and Tin City. It’s a .6 mile walk to 5th Avenue world class shops and boutiques as well as fine fine dining and nightly entertainment. This second floor condo, with elevator access, 1.5 miles (a five minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride) from the sunny beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
This stylish condo boasts a master bedroom overlooking the harbor with doors to a lanai to enjoy the Florida breeze off the water. This master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, dresser and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two single beds, desk, dresser and closet for plenty of storage. The first bathroom includes a bath/shower. The second bath is off the second bedroom and is a powder room.
The large living room offers a sofa, love seat and an HDTV. It leads directly to a bright lanai which can be enjoyed while dining on the outdoor furniture or just gazing at the boats. The condo has a dining room that seats six. The fully equipped kitchen feels like home. An assigned covered parking space comes with the unit.
Beau Mer Condominiums offer onsite amenities including an over-sized heated pool and large hot tub surrounded by chaise lounges and bathrooms. The unit is located on the Naples Bay and provides barbecue grills for those evening cookouts, tables, and outdoor benches on the lawn where you can enjoy the passing boats.
For adventurures take your choice of boat tours or a variety of water sports from the adjacent dock facilities. The Naples Botanical Gardens, the Naples Zoo, Freedom Park and trails are a quick five minute drive.
This gorgeous condo is the perfect place to be able to quickly explore all that Naples, Florida has to offer.

Great location! The unit is well appointed, looks like most kitchen items are newer as well as the kitchen/bath cabinets. There is a lot of road noise and also airplane noise. There was construction going on during our stay, they look to be updating windows in the whole facility. W/D in complex (coin operated) Loved the location for our needs.
