Simple & Smooth Stay

My recent stay was exactly as described- a clean and comfortable room that serves as a perfect base for a quick stay. While nothing was fancy, everything was in good working order. One thing to note is there is no traditional front desk; instead Angela provided exceptional communication sending clear, easy to follow check in instructions prior to arrival and was always quick to respond via WhatsApp. This proactive and friendly approach made the entire experience seamless and stress free. For a simple efficient stay, it was perfect.

Italy trip to see the Amalfi coast.

The hotel contacted me with all the relevant information for online check in and how to get to the property after hours. The room is big and there is a decent kitchen in the communal area. The location is very convenient for walking around all the main sites in Naples.

This hotel met all of our needs. The location was excellent, the room was clean, and it was just as advertised. The only quarrel I would have with this place is that they charge $.10 Euros to use the elevator at certain times of day. It's not a big price, but it's very inconvenient if you don't have the coins on you. Suggest that they figure out a way to give you a free trip up and then supply you with 10 coins in your room and charge you one euro for it. It would make quite a bit of a difference. However, that aside, very happy with this property.

It is a little challenging doing all of the steps to get inside, but once you figure it out, all goes smoothly. Angela was very responsive by e-mail and did a fantastic job with all questions. You must watch the video.

Amazing service from Angela the manager. Once booked Angela’s communication was exceptional, from instructions to apartment and entry via secure doors, could not have been any easier. Located next to main train station and city centre. Very clean and comfortable apartment. From booking as we walked out the station to paying for apartment and visitor tax we were in our room within 20 minutes could not have asked for a better service. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. The entry is a little tricky but the host gives detailed instructions. It was a very nice room. The room is comfortable and it's pretty quiet. Would stay there again.

The place is more than perfect easy self check in the place is nearby by the downtown and shopping area 15 min walking and there is a lot of restaurants and stores around the place smell good and nice place everything is good would absolutely come again to this place if coming back to Naples

Great location; challenging entry

Location was great. If you come at night it’s very difficult to find and to see the information outside and inside. Lots of combinations to get in. Information came in at check in would have preferred it to be earlier. Frig in room does not work even though it’s plugged in. Very hard to work the AC. First night was not great as it was beyond hot. No soap provided only shampoo.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Within a 10 minute walk from the train station, from there you can take the bus to the airport as well. The hotel itself is quite lovely, you get to experience living in a true Italian apartment. The room itself was beautiful, lots of space, with a great shower after a long day of walking. It also has a nice balcony as well. The manger Angela is amazing. Very friendly and provides lots of updates before and after check in. She even was able to accommodate us arriving early which was so kind. We would stay again if we are ever in Napoli.
