All amenities worked well. We paid 600/day during peak Christmas Holiday, when we felt it was worth half that price. We found batteries in the odd kitchen draw and had to change out 3 remote controls, we replaced some of the small batteries. Naples is great for eating out, if you can afford it. But, we are foodies, excellent cooks, and have dietary restrictions, so we prefer to cook (especially during holiday). We would have loved a crockpot, a stove top kettle (the electric one took a long time to heat up), and an electric beater for baking. There are a lot of rules, things we were required to do that the management company could have done themselves. Such as, turning the pool heater on and off, taking out trash & recycling, turning off sprinklers so that you can take out the trash without getting wet. The management company could have come to change the master bed sheets out when we complained about them the same day, but they did not. They suggested we buy some and they would reimburse us. Suggestions to fix: Exposed electrical wires hanging from under the cabinetry in kitchen. Matching hand, shower, washcloth towels for the master bath. New master bed sheets. Backyard landscaping & pool lights. We enjoyed our stay, huge beanbag, large showers, extra floor rugs & supplies in the garage were helpful

Beautiful pet friendly getaway close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely three-bedroom, two-bath home in Naples, Florida. I visited with my 18-year-old twins and our two toy breed dogs, and it was the perfect fit for our family. The home was not only beautifully maintained but also very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished.Its location near the beach made it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset strolls, and the neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We truly appreciated how pet-friendly the property was—our little pups felt right at home!The staff was professional, courteous, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We left with great memories and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing Naples getaway with family and furry friends.

Charming coastal decor

This is such a cute house on the inside. Very clean. The pool area needs refreshing and a sitting area would be great. The landscaping hasn’t been addressed and needs to be updated. We had no pool heat after requesting it in advance. This was disappointing. Unfortunately the no see ums ate us alive too! Overall we liked the location.

Perfect vacation

The house is really perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with everything your heart desires. Shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away. Only 2 minutes to the beach. The contact with the property management was very friendly and competent.

Family vacation

The house was amazing and fully stocked. The host was very attentive and quick to respond. We booked last minute due to a cancellation at a different rental. The host responded right away and even sent recommendations for things to do. The house itself is open and spacious for a big family. The pool and outdoor area even had a tv and sink. Lots of beach gear provided

March getaway

Home was nice, clean and comfortable. Proximity to beach great & we were able to ride bikes to beach. Also close to great shopping/ restaurants. Outdoor area was good with TV. Small issues were- grill didnt work, had to go through bedrooms to pool. Overall, good stay& would go back.

Very comfortable home, great location

We had a wonderful stay here. This property is close to beaches and very convenient to restaurants, gym, shops, etc. The home was well equipped with bikes, beach towels, beach chairs along with the normal expected kitchen and bath necessities. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. It took the pool a few days to heat to temperature, but once it did, it was lovely. Our only home suggestion -- the landscaping outside the fenced in pool area was weedy and pretty nonexistent, which was a shame, it could have been so pretty. But that sure did not keep us out of the pool area -- we were there for hours every day. We had one issue which needs to be addressed -- there were glasses pieces in the pool area which were missed during cleaning/prepping for our stay. Our dog found these and we were afraid he had swallowed a piece, but luckily he seems to be ok. So, we would suggest extra vigilance and maybe ask guests to only use plastic outside. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Excellent Location some caveats

Pros: 1. Great location close to the beach on a quiet street 2. Bikes included - could easily ride to the beach 3. Generally quite clean 4. Quiet neighbourhood and very comfortable beds - made for great sleeping 5. Good appliances and well stocked kitchen utensils. BBQ needs a little work. 6 Spacious living area and good seating - love the huge bean bag chair. 7. Lots of big TVs Cons: 1. House is older and needs some TLC - some windows don't work, door handles coming off, some lights didn't work, toilets run etc. 2. Pool heater didn't work for most of our trip - took a while for Host to respond to this - we weren't charged which was good but would have liked to have a warm pool as weather was cooler some days. 3. Hosts response time wasn't great to pool issues and questions about check in etc. 4. No where really to sit and enjoy the sun in the mornings - very small patio around pool. Just had to go to the beach or out somewhere. Overall generally happy with our stay and had a good time. Again the location is great which makes up for a lot of smaller issues.

Excellent property in great location!

We stayed for a week in this large updated three bed, two bath pool home near the beaches, dining, and shopping. Super clean and user friendly. Terrific outdoor space with grill, outdoor kitchen, pool, and lounging area. Several bikes available for use, along with beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler). Highly recommend.
