We paid 250 AUD for a very simple accommodation, I feel fouled, it was not worth it. When I talked to the friendly staff she got very surprised of the price and sad that must be Hotels.com that takes that price because their list prices is much lower. Since I had done my payment via Hotels.com, the accommodation could not refund me the high payment. How can this happen?
I cannot complain about the staff, they were very friendly and extremely helpful. The standard unit we stayed in was however disappointing. The cleanliness could have been better, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell about it.
