One night stay for family of 3 before early flight out of narita airport . Convenient shuttle pick up and drop off . Buffet dinner was good , lots of variety , not super great but decent .we also had dinner 30 min before closing so I’m not the best to comment on it but I did get full and their hot tea selection was amazing with quality tea ! I had like 4 cups . The onsen was lovely at 700 yen per person. NO TATTOO allowed in onsen they have a huge sign . There is a Japanese style shower and tub inside the room . Spacious room but no water available . There is an ice machine you can melt ice for tea/coffee or go down to the lobby that’s connected to 24/7 Lawson ! It’s about 20-30 min into Town and 20 min to the airport . Free commute makes it easy to visit the town and return . Free commute to airport as well with plenty of departing times. Would stay again . Narita airport wasn’t as congested as other airports but still arrive 3 hours before your flight ! Korean airline was very comfortable to return from Japan to LAX .

First off shuttle scheduledz to aeon mall and all airports and bus around area. Very very convenient. Next the staff, they are great! No more to be said as all are welcoming and accommodating. Next is the Hot Spring they offer to paying guest , a wonderful experience. You only see this in movies ! :) Restaurant, they have 2 in the hotel a buffet and a Japanese /chinese cuisine. Lastly, the have kikono in the room making my stay so authentic for me…love love love.

Nice hotel close to the airport with free shuttle. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quite small and interior has 80s vibe but all very good condition and functional. Loved the shower with gentle yet strong pressure and high quality toiletries. Great value for money! Convenience store and onsen in the hotel. Definitely recommend

Exceptional service, great value for your money

We stayed for 5 nights I actually found this Hotel by accident as other hotels were either sold out or overpriced for this time period in tokyo. Yes, it is a bit far from tokyo (about 1 hour) but the hotel offers free shuttle to/from the airport,Aeon Mall, and Narita train station. An exceptional value in my opinion. If you don't mind riding the regular commuter train, I discovered Keisei railways has a one way trip into Tokyo for under Y1000. What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the exceptional customer service that they offer. Numerous special requests were honored, beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay here again !!!

Shuttles to and from NRT is good to have, makes it very convenient. Family Mart in the hotel is also convenient to spend your last yens. Staff very polite obviously, not unfriendly nor friendly. Just polite. Disappointed I could not use Onsen because it is not tattoo friendly. Room in Garden Wing is old and could see the wear and tear on the hallway walls. Pictures of rooms must be the ones in a newer section of the hotel. Only the Chinese-Japanese restaurant was open when I arrived past 21h00. Food was ok, but a bit pricey. If booking with Expedia, messages to property do not get responded to in a timely matter. Surprised I could open the window in my room, unlike most hotels. All in all, convenient and inexpensive for a 1 night stay close to the airport.

Super friendly people and getting around places is very easy as it comes with a courtesy bus that takes you to the mall or the JR station. The amenities in the room were well stock and definitely liked the atmosphere. Walls are quite thin so you can hear the outside noice very clearly, but other then that this place was definitely very good and will for sure come back to stay at this hotel again.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle. Very budget friendly, the rooms were basic but clean and fine for one night. Staff kindly gave us a free voucher for the onsen but we were just too tired to use it. Hotel also has a 24hr convenience store on-site. Free shuttle was all very easy to use. Staff all spoke English which obviously was very helpful for us!
