This is one of the best airport hotels I've stayed at. Room was spacious and clean, convenience store right at the lobby, on time shuttle bus to and from Narita airport. Highly recommend to get the breakfast. Lots of food options to choose from, even for vegetarian. The chef at the omelette station was so nice and we had a little chat about his prior visits to the US. Overall hotel staff was nice and proactive. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko Narita! We used their shuttle service from the hotel to the airport because we weren’t sure how to find the buses at the airport. We ordered a ‘Go’ ride service through the app and got to the hotel in about 10 minutes. Check-in was quick and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. We ordered a quick meal from the restaurant just off the lobby. The attendant wore a wooden bow tie and looked more like a chill old-school bar tender. He took my order then picked up a wall phone to call out the meal to the kitchen in Nihongo — it totally reminded me of a scene from John Wick. There was also a Lawson convenience store next to the restaurant that had food, drinks, and gifts. Our room was quiet and clean, and while there were lots of business travelers around, it gave the place a cool vibe. Loved our stay here!

Nice, quality, super service airport hotel for Narita. The facilities are very clean and the staff are super attentive and helpful. Dining options plentiful, small 24-hr convenience store on ground floor, excellent airport shuttle service every 30 minutes on the 20s and 50s of the hour most times of the day.

An older 4-star hotel with 5-star service. Offers free shuttle bus pick up and drop off at Narita Airport. Attendants are available and willing to assist you with your luggage or other service. Breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. The surrounding area is not walkable. Use a taxi or ride share service to get to restaurants or stores.
