Very convenient to get to/from airport, the free shuttle is handy, easy to get to from terminal 2. Thought it would be a slow check in after a bus load of passengers also checking in but it wasn’t, very efficient and line moved quick. Service is elite, from the bus driver who loaded/unloaded luggage onto the bus for you to the hotel staff that would check you in, very helpful and friendly. You’re directed to help yourself to the amenities in the lobby before you head to the elevator to the room. Room was surprisingly spacious, bed/pillows were comfortable and very clean. I stayed here with my 5year old whilst my husband and 2 older kids stayed at the capsule hotel at the airport for the experience. Highly recommended and very good value for money. Thanks for having us :)

The property had convenient parking and was close to Narita Airport and the major railroad/train/subway lines into Tokyo, Ueno, Osaka, Kyoto & Nara. I enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, steam room & onsen/ufuro (Japanese Baths) and the breakfast & dinner buffet meals downstairs at Oasis Restaurant.
