Overall for like a one day/ one night stay it’s not bad at all. Has a shuttle to take you to the airport if you need. Also has a running trail near by so that’s a plus. Does have a strong cigarette smell to it though 😅 or could just be my room but over all I’d say 8.7/10 not bad at all pretty good.

No shuttle to Narita Station. Was on the smokers floor and room. Dont smoke and it wasn't a very pleasant smell. Im not a smoker and they couldnt change my room. There is a shuttle to Narita Airport and the cost of the hotel was awesome and cheap. Close to shops and Amenities. I didn't add breakfast menu when booking accommodation, but you can purchase a breakfast sitting at the main reception. Has a convenience store call family mart down stairs where you can buy food etc. Didn't watch TV as I don't understand Japanese. The staff are great as per the Japanese people, very polite and respectful and basically go about there own life. Apart from the smokers floor i enjoyed my stay very much.

Wow!! This place is value for money! You will get more than what you paid for. I stayed there one night. There were hotel shuttle buses between hotel and Narita airport which made it very convenient. Hotel was very clean! Most of staff could speak good english and very helpful. They can store and deliver bags to next hotel for you. Bed was comfy. I had a great night sleep there. There was restaurants close by (including unagi). Walkable distance to Narita san, walking street (10 mins) and Aeon mall (around 30 mins walk). I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if I stay in Narita area.

Enjoyed our stay!

This hotel with shuttle service was exactly what we needed after a long flight. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We especially liked being within walking distance to the town.
