The location so close to the beach is great but had a horrible experience at the hotel. They cancelled my reservation 1 hour after I "checked in" early and told me to come back and get my key in "an hour or two", as I was walking back to get my key I received an email from the hotel telling me they "had overbooked the hotel" and didn't have a room for me. Unfortunate as I was in a road race the next morning and the rest of the town was likewise booked up! A mess---their conciliatory offer was a substandard room with "no shade" and "a broken air conditioner" (they forgot to mention it also had no screen so opening the window was a little dicey). Needlesss to say, I cooked overnight, slept poorly due to traffic noise with the open window, ran the race and ditched the hotel the next morning. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

Arrived on a Friday. Lobby was decent, apeared like it was recently refreshed. Up the elevator, it was gross with liquid drips down the walls. Up to the room. The smell of fabuloso permiating the air. The walls are all marked up from people hitting the wall. Into the room and the rug was dated, stained and a few burn marks next to the slider door. Bed made perfectly and clean. A better start. Can't close the bathroom door at alll. Like it won't fit. Door frames gross and could use pain or even a wipe. The towel rack falling off the wall. The bathroom was adequate and maybe had a refresh 5 years ago. Tv small but adequate too. Never got room service and had to go to lobby desk to ask for more towels. Was told to put the sign in the door for service. There were no signs on any doors. Rusty old a/c that was loud and cycling constant. Great location but spent more on the sign and not in rooms.

Ocean view is quite misleading. Property not as described. Despite progress updates on webpage, amenities (pool etc) were not available AND were not actively being worked on. Walls are paper thin and staff is unfriendly.

The hotel is really close to the beach and some good restaurants. The hotel itself ia a bit run down. But the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff does what they can and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that the prosperty was paticly empty because of the season. And i asked for an ocen view.and they turned me down. I would agree with you if it was a busy time of the year. That being said i was celebrating 49 years of marriage with my best friend. It would of been nice to up grade us .That would of been points for the for the prosperty. Please fix the jacuzzi we paid to use it and it was broke. Was told by employ that it was to much to fix it. Sorry very disappointed.

I would not recommend staying here. The reviews are true- the first room we were given was dirty with used soap and towels in the bathroom. Stains on the furniture. Smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling. The second room smelled incredibly strongly like cleaning solution, I wanted to open the windows but there are no screens. The staff at the front desk messed up our key fobs 5 times so we had to keep going up and down the elevator to ask them to let us in. We only stayed one night, we were supposed to stay two nights. It’s disappointing because the location is great. But the owner clearly does not care about the property.
