We had a great time in Nashville, much thanks to this great condo! The location is perfect, about a fifteen minute walk to Broadway and all of the action there but not so close that you get the noise and bustle. Covered parking is much appreciated, and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

If you’re wanting a place that is close to downtown and has a safe vibe!! This is the place! This apartment was perfect for the 4 days we were in Nashville. Super clean, walking distance to downtown if you’re into walking. We never walked though, It was cold when we were there, but did a LYFT for about 8-12. The host was super nice. Check in and check out was easy. Will definitely be trying to use this place every time we go to Nashville.

Great location. Perfect for a few days. The owner was awesome with communication. Super responsive. Everything worked well. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very nice. Bathrooms were fine. If the furniture in the living room and dining room were more comfortable, it would have been an ideal stay. It was still great, and I would recommend this place for visits to Nashville.

My wife, two adult sons and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and exactly as described. It was also well equipped and we never were without anything we needed. The location is great with a very nice river view. It’s a short walk to many bars and restaurants. If you’re not a walker, it was less than 10 Uber ride including tip to Broadway, but we enjoyed being able to step out of the craziness there to the peaceful view.

Nice location. About 8/10 mile from Broadway and an easy walk. Comfy beds, nice kitchen. Peaceful little porch overlooking the Cumberland river. Nice little morning coffee retreat. . Spent one warm afternoon at the community pool. Very nice to have.

This was one of my favorite VRBO experiences!!! The property owner was SO wonderful!!! She communicated with me via VRBO messaging and was very prompt. She was able to answer all of my questions and accomodate my requests. The property is very convenient to downtown but also gives you that peace you need to come back to. Inside had everything we needed and more!! I forgot my fan and there was one there for me to use. There were extra towels, toilet paper and soap, etc. It was clean, lots of cute walls to use for pictures & modernly updated! Will definitely come back!!!!

This place was extremely clean, very nicely decorated with lots of tourist decor so we took lots of pictures in there, and was able to accommodate 5 girls very easily. Very close to downtown and a beautiful serene riverfront location. Would highly recommend this place to anyone on their way to Nashville!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We had four adults staying here. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. House was stocked with almost everything. The one thing we needed, they took care of. Communication was fantastic. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. We hung out in the rooms more for comfort. We get the aesthetic that they were going for and the place was beautiful, this was just how we all feel. They have lots of games. The balcony was fun. Lots of critters, whistle pigs were the best. The pool always had lots of people so we didnt use it. Plenty of fans. AC was perfect. It was on the first floor. We really appreciated not having to take stuff up the stairs. The pics dont do justice to the view of the water. You can watch the river from inside. We would most certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Fourth of July weekend

Perfect location to walk to Broadway! Perfect spot to see the fireworks! Owner very responsive to messages. I would recommend to not walk alone after dark or even during the day, lots of homeless that were pretty persistent even with my Husband who is a big Guy. Definitely would stay at this location again.

Nashville stay with friends

Overall we were very happy with our stay! The place is decorated super cute and is very clean! The host is also incredibly helpful & responsive! There was a lot of construction going on next to the property so we didn’t feel quite safe walking home as 4 women but it is a very cheap Lyft from downtown or germantown. Pool was small & got very crowded but there was also a big soccer game going on while we were there which I’m sure was adding to that. The space is small & with only 4 of us we were very comfortable but over 6 people I feel would be really tight. Again a positive experience overall & I would definitely stay again!

Very cute condo in great location

We had a great stay in this condo. It was decorated so cute! The location was great - we were able to walk to Germantown and to downtown. The condo also had everything we needed for our short stay! We had a wonderful time in Nashville, and the condo's location really enabled that.
