Great location! Plenty of space for 4 people, thought 12 might be a bit tight. Bathrooms were spacious. Host communication was great ⊠the AC went out and it was fixed before we came back from exploring.I do wish the bedrooms had curtains to block the light from the streetlights and parking lot lights. Might also dampen the noise from the busy street outside.
This is a great place in a safe neighborhood walking distance to several Restaurants and bars in the 5 Points area. 5 mins to downtown and easy and plentiful parking. The place is well appointed and very clean. Would absolutely stay again.
The property suited our needs very nicely. Plenty of room and easy to operate all of the appliances. The host was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. There were many walkable options for stores and dining. We would highly recommend!
This location has traffic in the parking lot that is questionable. This made myself, two other mothers and our childreen feel extremely unsafe. We ultimately decided to leave. We did't feel safe staying at this property with our children and we also did not feel compfortable having our cars in this lot over night. I have reached out to the host and have not yet recieved a response. Our children were very disappionted but we put our safety first.
Property was nice for the most part. Very close to the road and the traffic is very loud. We had a rowdy group upstairs so it was a very loud night. The water in the showers is either all the way hot or no water pressure at all. Otherwise the stay was great!
We honestly thought we were at the wrong location for a good 10 minutes before trying the apt. door and letting ourselves in. There was a lot going on outside - parties, grilling out and the outside appearance wasn't great. Once inside, it was great! What is shared on the app is accurate and beds are comfy - even the queen bunks! The outside noise, banging upstairs and the fire alarm going of for 30 straight minutes at 3am were things that made our stay a little less than desirable.
Easy access to so many places. Great local eateries. Unfortunately a lot of street noise and lights at night. Kitchen had minimal amenities. We cooked ground beef but there was no strainer to strain grease.
We were very comfortable for our three night stay⊠cozy beds and linens, ample towels and a great open area to hang out. The layout is quite efficient. We appreciated the addition of white noise machines to help block out the street noise. The kitchen had enough supplies (plateware, silverware, etc.), but itâs not the type of kitchen where you could cook extensive meals. The location was ideal â super easy to walk to many bars/restaurants/shops and also a close drive to lots of other popular places. Donât snooze on Snooze and Hunters Station down the block - wonderful food options. We also really enjoyed Dukeâs. Guerilla Bizkits was phenomenal. East Nashville is super fun, funky and a great/more chill neighborhood compared to downtown.Overall, highly recommend!
Not only did this host make everything from check in to check out easy peasy, finding out it was my families first time in Nashville, she sent me a list of things to do around the area with in walking distance. We will for sure visit Nashville again, and no doubt we will stay at this same place!
Was an excellent stay with numerous beds and a great common area to relax while getting ready to enjoy the downtown area. Two bathrooms with full size showers were helpful with 5 of us staying there. Amenities were great as was the communication.
The area is also awesome - tons of modern restaurants and bars in the immediate area (walkable) if you wanted to do a quick dinner or drink nearby.
Would definitely stay again.
Super cute place in a great central location very close to broadway! Manager is super easy going and responsive. We got an early check in and loved staying here! Would highly recommend.
We had to vacate the property almost immediately upon arrival. We thought we arrived at the wrong location and even our Uber driver was nervous to leave us at the location. It was obvious that illegal transactions were happening in the parking lot, but we decided to go in to see if maybe things would look better from the inside. As soon as we opened the door it smelled like raw sewage inside. We went around the windows to see if maybe it just needed to be aired out, but realized the windows did not open because it was a commercial space! The main living area was actually a large glass door/entry way that you would find at a retail location and opened to a sidewalk right outside of the door! The view across the street, less than a stone's throw, is a bail bonds establishment and a liquor store, to give you a better idea of the location. The main living area was also missing the smoke detector (it appeared to have been removed at some point). I wrote to VRBO and the property manager, as we were not able to stay due to the permeating smell that was making everyone sick, including one person who has a high risk medical condition, so we had to leave. Neither VRBO or the property manager made any attempt to assist us with a relocation, as the terms of policy for this property and VRBO provide, so we had to scramble to find our own accomodations, which of course came at a much higher price.
This was a truly disappointing, unacceptable experience, to say the least.
