The property was perfect for 3 couples with room to spare, could have easily had another couple or a few children with us and had plenty of room. Clean and well stocked, great communication with property managers/owners. The only suggestion i would make is to add a frying pan to the kitchen dishes. We had a great stay and will definitely use this property again when this way!!!

We enjoyed this rental in Germantown and would stay here again with one small exception. The unit itself is clean and comfortable and it’s stocked with high quality dishes, linens and supplies (much nicer than other places we’ve stayed). Access and parking are easy and the neighborhood is charming with many options for eating nearby. It was 10-15 minutes drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. My one issue was the showers (which were clean and stocked with nice products). The architectural design makes showering a challenge. First there is no door or curtain, so water gets all over the floor and cold air comes in. Second, the nozzle is straight overhead in the ceiling, so if you don’t want to get your hair wet, you have to soap up in the cold air and then rinse in kind of a back bend limbo posture. The showers look beautiful but I told my husband we would have to remodel immediately if they were in our house. If I came back I would start with a shower cap, but I enjoy my warm showers too much, I would probably look at other rentals from the same company over this one.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do but still quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. We had everything we needed for a great vacation and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

The location was perfect and close to many nice area restaurants and bars. Broadway was within walking distance and made for nice morning/evening walks to and from the downtown area. The farmers market is nearby and offers a variety of shops and cuisine. If you are a baseball fan, the Nashville minor league ball park is a quick walk and looks as though it offers a great deal of family fun. The location and amenities in this unit were absolutely perfect for our short family getaway.

We were very pleased with the house. Plenty of room. There's a living room & another lounge area on the second floor, both with televisions. The home was very clean. There's a washer & dryer on both floors, which was unexpected. The Germantown neighborhood is very pretty & walkable. We enjoyed the Germantown Cafe and had two meals there. There's also a crepe spot (also has good french.toast, coffee/tea) and it's really close. Check both Uber & Lyft when traveling. Most trips were less than 15.
