First time staying here-it was close in proximity to a convention I was attending. I was absolutely surprised in the best way. The room was huge, beautifully appointed, quiet and private. The price was also fantastic for what the space provided. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a wonderful tub and shower, and the a/c was cold. The breakfast was made fresh, and the staff on site were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here on any return trip to Nashville and in fact this has been my favorite of probably two dozen hotel stays this year!
I have two things to note (not negatives, just things that I’d like to have paid attention to):
1-there may not be staff available if you show up early. I did this, because I didn’t see the text messages noting check in times/that the hotel may not have staff at all times. I was able to connect with staff on site and leave my bag, but if you’re expecting a very early check in, without previous arrangements-this may be of note.
2-Have cash for tips on hand. I never bring my debit card, and I didn’t have cash. I guess I’m used to seeing QR code tip envelopes for housekeeping and kitchen attendants, and I felt terrible that I couldn’t tip any of the (very attentive and wonderful) staff.
