I booked and paid in full for a queen apartment with kitchenette, sofa and 2 queen beds months in advance. I recrived a call around 9am on the morning of the booking to be told that the the apartment room was not available with no expkabation. So I asked why no one called me in advance and was tokd thatcthey have been trying to call me long tine which i refuse to believe because This was the first time I ever received a calk from best western. There were no previous missed calls or voicemail left which made me even more upset. So I was told I could bet a queen room with a pull out sofa bed which I agreed to and they said I wound be discounted and reimbursed because the first room i paid for costed way more. So I got there to check in and the room only had 2 queen beds, there was no pull out sofa bed but they said there wold be one. I never got any reimbursement. I wont be staying there anymore. This is my 3rd time because i stay there annulaly but I definately will find another hotel. Still want my discount/reimbursement for having to saty in a room I didnt book initially and ot costed more than what they gave me

This is our second time staying here the front staff is super friendly and helpful! I highly disliked that our room was not cleaned even though the cleaning ladies were right outside the room the next day i asked them for clean towels and they were not very nice and asked “arent you leaving today”

The room assigned to us on arrival had not been cleaned from the previous stay. When we went back to the front desk , the staff informed me they had nothing that wasn't booked already and she couldn't reassign a room. We waited about 20-30 minutes, while she checked in other guests, some getting the same type of room we were waiting on. When we finally got a room, it was a lesser tier room that what we had booked.
