Pros: The inside of the condo was so cute! We loved it! The owners did a great job of decorating it. The building was secured with not only security locks on every door but also manned security at night. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The pool was nice. Great place to stay if you have your own transportation.Cons: The location is not on Broadway but is about a mile away. The condo is right next to a sketchy part of town by the Nashville Rescue Center. In order to get anywhere we had to walk past the center and an area where homeless people congregate and some questionable houses. At one people there was a homeless man completely naked from the waste down, which was not something the teen girls with us needed to see. The condo does not have a balcony and is located right next to a train track, however the train isn't loud unless you are in the pool then it can be a little annoying.Overall, our stay was okay but would have been better had we had our own transportation. Probably not a place to stay if you are relying on walking to get places. Ubers were 35 one way anywhere you wanted to go.
We were very impressed with the unit! It was much larger than expected and immaculately clean. The decor is exactly as pictured and definitely has the Nashville vibe. Our only slight disappointment was no balcony but with the trains coming by, we most likely would not have been outside often. Overall it was a great place to stay and if I return to Nashville in the future, I will certainly check for availability.
The place is as great!! Love the layout and boot theme. Walking distance to many restaurants. There was only 6 of us but the place could sleep up to 10 easy. Nice pool and outdoor area. Just wish it had a balcony.
