It’s a great place to spend a weekend in Nashville. Walking distance to most of downtown. Several places to eat within a couple of blocks.

We loved the location right by the food court. Not too close (about 2 blocks) to Broadway. The studio was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and efficient. It was perfectly set for everything you need. Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. We will stay there every time we visit Nashville!!!

The room was clean. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner. The goodie bag was a nice touch. The only recommendation I would make is to get blinds or better curtains for the windows as the street lights pour in at night making it difficult to sleep.

We had an amazing stay! The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly cozy. The location was perfect—just about five minutes from Upper Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer while still being far enough away to relax without the crowds. Since this was our second visit, we really appreciated being in a quieter area. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing, which made a great first impression. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic. We had a great time staying here, in what's called the "Nashville Yards" area of the city. We walked over 4 miles a day- so this property os central to so much!! Communication with property owner/manager was seamless and responsive!!

The property description should say parking available for an additional fee not just parking available. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room that you could move around to watch the tv or relax in.

Great communication, great location. Would stay here again! Only thing we had issues with is the fact we could never get the Roku TV to connect to WiFi so that was a bit of a bummer and the room is never dark due to all the exterior lights and the curtains not blocking. So take a sleep mask if you like total darkness! But other than that would def stay again!

The location of this property is absolutely fantastic!!! It is perfectly described in the listing and definitely delivers. That being said, the check-in process is HORRENDOUS! When we arrived, we were completely stumped and did not receive the proper email to check in. Thankfully, there was another family to help us check in and tell us what information we actually needed.( Customer Service helped by sending the proper email after we called and requested it.)They said they were completely stumped by the check-in process and don’t know what they would’ve done if someone hadn’t been there to help them when they arrived. When we stepped out to grab a bite to eat, there was a man in the lobby, scratching his head, trying to figure out how to get into his room as well so we were happy to help him. The place is excellent. Everything about it is excellent, but that checking process needs some work.

The picture of the room is inaccurate. We had to move the bed over to get the bathroom door open. All the plumbing or whatever it was exposed on the ceiling making me feel like I was in the basement. The appliances worked, water ok. Bed was comfortable. Took five hours to get the directions to get into the building/room. Then, the code they gave us was incorrect. Had to wait again to get another code. There was a TV, but no channels were able to be accessed. They also would not give us another hour to leave the room. We had to leave at 10 a.m., the earliest check out time I have ever seen. Also, we could not close the drapes or open them. Was loud on the streets until after midnight and the location is two blocks away from Broadway.

The apartment itself was clean and consistent with the photos. If you hope to get into your unit before 4pm, good luck! Requested early check-in, told to call the day of at 1pm. Did so and told no early check in was possible and must wait to 4pm. The code that was released for access at 3:50 pm for the building and unit were wrong. Had to call management several times, as did not answer phone on first two attempts. Finally texted another code. Spoke with other renters and they all had the same complaint. One had to wait more than 2 hours before correct codes were provided. The check-in process was terrible and frustrating. First, note that after making your reservation through VRBO, you then need to go through a separate registration process with the leasing company to provide your credit card and driver license for a security deposit.

It wasn’t a bad place to stay, but the pull-down shades didn’t fully cover the windows so the light came in a great deal. The facility had been worn more than the photos. Furniture was a bit beat up and parts of the ceiling/wall appeared to be peeling. The first night we noticed a few ants here & there and we didn’t bring in any food to the unit. Over the next several days, more and more ants appeared. I reported it to our host and she said she will look into the issue. Also, some step-by-step instructions on the washer/dryer combo would have been very helpful. It seemed to have a mind of its own, washed our one load about 4x and took 5 hours to dry our load. The last night we pulled them from the dryer and hung them so they could finish drying. It was nice to have detergent pods though. A/c worked well, and the bedding was initially good too. After being in the bed for awhile, my husband and I would wake up very hot. The sheets/duvet wasn’t breathable. It was overall clean. 2 bottled waters and a snack upon arrival was nice. Refrigerator and freezer were cold. Kitchen was stocked w/ the basics like pots, pans, knives, trash bags, glasses and dishes. We didn’t use any but they all looked to be in good shape. It was nice to be right off Broadway where there was less street noise, etc. and nice that just about everything was in walking distance. Overall ok place to stay w/ very responsive and friendly host.
